For ten years, I was the co-founder of a company that lived on this frontier. We built a Vision AI system so advanced it gave any physical object a unique non-invasive fingerprint. We navigated the entire journey — from the first line of code, through Techstars, to raising over $7M. I was the operator on the ground, shaping the deals that brought our technology into global supply chains and Fortune 500 companies.

But I also know the other side of that journey. I have stared into the abyss of a dwindling bank account, fought for the company's survival, and felt the immense shared weight of keeping our team's dream alive when the world was silent.

That decade in the crucible was not about learning a 'process' or a 'framework.' It was about forging a specific, rare kind of holistic judgment: the ability to distinguish the echo of corporate curiosity from the signal of real commercial intent, and the wisdom to see the one, single path through the chaos that leads to a foundational, company-defining contract.

Today, I don't work as a consultant. I work as a partner.

I embed with a very small number of ambitious, engineering-led founding teams for the 0-to-1 phase of their journey. I don't advise from a distance; I join the team in the fight. I led multiple funding rounds for Veracity Protocol, from pre-seed to bridge financing, securing backing from US and European VCs and successfully taking the company through the Techstars NYC accelerator.

⟢ Architected the Foundational Partnership with a F500 Global Marketplace

Architected the victory for a global e-commerce leader by personally forging the executive-level partnership and as a hands-on operator shaping the end-to-end solution that grew into a multi-year, multimillion-dollar contract, making us their core authentication provider.

⟢ Built a Scalable, Automated Commercial Growth Engine from Scratch

As a hands-on operator, I set up and deployed a LLM-based engine for our entire commercial top-of-funnel, independently generating over 1,500 qualified leads per month without additional sales headcount.

⟢ Secured Elite Technical Validation & Partnership from Intel

My team at Veracity Protocol developed a breakthrough Vision AI system with world-class accuracy. I shaped the end-to-end solution for Intel's specific hardware security challenge and built the executive-level trust that resulted in their leadership exclusively showcasing our work at the global RSA Security Conference as the definitive answer to a critical industry problem.
